What We Do

Pre-construction:

• Actively defend/represent clients’ interests to minimize costs, maintain quality, develop and control schedule
• Review existing building as requested by clients
• Review construction documents for all aspects of quality, cost efficiency and conformity to clients’ standard
• Submit drawings to the building department for plan review and track progress.
• Contact subcontractors’ bidding process
• Award contracts to qualified subcontractors

Construction:

• Coordinate and negotiate all vendor packages and budgets
• Finalize schedules
• Continue to review the current design criteria to establish efficiencies and buying discounts, etc
• Coordinate the construction of the project
• Process subcontractor invoices
• Perform site visits as needed
• Review actual costs to budget estimates

After construction

• Walk-through to establish punch list
• Obtain final inspections and certificate of occupancy
• Summarize project budgets, actual costs and approved change orders
